School Story
I want to tell you all how I appreciated being brought into the Temple City High School fold. This was the 7th school I had been enrolled in during my K-12 years and spending 9-12th grade there turned out to be a lot of fun for me. I didn't grow up in your school district, but I found many friends there and felt included in so many aspects of high school life thanks to your kindness.
I got very involved in the choral department and sang with Choir and Brighter Side Singers. This choral experience stayed with me all my life through college, city choir, and Church. Even though I only sing in the shower and to grandkids now (they don't seem to mind), it has stayed with me my whole life and has brought me untold pleasure and fulfillment. And that all started at Temple City High School with all of you. Thank you!
